Denville/Rockaway NJ, located in Morris County, conveniently approx 40 miles to NYC. Luckily a sustained real estate market with stats showing 8-12 months of inventory but prices with a slight up and down variation based on season and demand. Short sales available which are enticing the investor into the market, and the rental values are strong. Commercial properties show many empty buildings and in town stores.
